Kristin's View: Kansas City...Woobaby

*This is Kristin's view of the concert..thanks girl...and I had a blast with ya. We'll definitely have to plan another adventure soon. Orlando anyone? Lol. ~Jen*

Well it just so happened that I was lucky enough to attend another N Sync concert! When she called me, Jen made my day. Jen picked me up at like 12:30, we left Iowa and headed toward Kansas City, and everything was smooth sailing. So we meet Heather and Amanda, give them their tickets and try to find the venue. Let's just say I wasn't all too happy when we got there right as the show was getting ready to start.

You could say we had a little trouble finding it, so on our way, we tuned into 93.3 to see what was going on at the venue and we hear screamin girls. Jen reaches for the radio instantly, seeing my pissed off face and turns it off. Jen told me to breathe in and out and it would all be ok. Little did I know she was right.

So finally after parking in some ditch far away we wander into the venue. Some red head asks if he can have my purse so I just opened it for him and his face turns like five shades of red. Let's just say I guess he must not have any sisters.

Instantly I'm ready to scream. And no not because I was soon going to see N Sync but because of all the hoochie mama's. I mean c' mon moms...lets be a good example for your children..geez. Jen and I make our way down closer to the stage, but the people on stage looked like flies on a wall.

The funniest thing! I don't know if any of ya'll remember Pat from SNL but Jen goes.."is that a girl or a guy in front of us?" I'm tellin ya it was Pat, IT had butterfly hair things so we assumed in the end that it was a girl. But hey ya never know, the transvestite thing is in nowdays. So we're standing there and Jen whispers "Oh my god there's Stevie" *as I call him 'fat one...lol fatone'*. I'm like "no way- where?" She's like, "right behind us in the black shirt". So I turn around and beg Jen to talk to her future husband. Pretty soon, he starts walking towards us and I stand there like the dumbass I am. But hey its only Stevie.

Stevie is staring at Jen in a 'hey have I met you before' kinda way? So she says hi, and he sticks his crab infested hand toward her while saying, "Hi, I'm Steven". Then he turned and asked my name, I'm like "Kristin", and he's like "what?" So I say it as slow as possible for the slow one, *I guess it runs in the family*.. K-r-i-s-t-i-n. He's like, "oh nice to meet ya" and shakes my hand. The thoughts runnin through my mind right then, "ewww I have Fatone crabs" but I stopped myself from sayin it as Jen elbowed me in the side.

**SO...Later on after we had talked to Steve..yada yada yada...we got hooked up with better seats. Lol. Sorry to disappoint ya'll, but Steve wasn't the one that hooked us up. Hell, he pry can't even hook HIMSELF up. But it made the story more interesting (for humor purposes of course) than the original boring version of our good luck.*

Suddenly there we are and JC's hamster teeth are right in front of our faces. Let's just say that we were happy campers, there is a God after all.

So la-di-da the concert is rollin on through and 'For the girl' comes on, ya know with all the provactive moves. Jen and I are ready to drool but refrain from doing so as Justin shakes those hips faster than he can say Britney. GMHS is next and let's say I was gettin tired of the ending, as was Jen, when we both rolled our eyes. Justin is up there takin forever so I'm like, heck they could have gotten 'I Need Love' sang by now.

All of the sudden lover boy is like "a little more timeeeeeeee"...all high and stops. So I take my finger and point it at yours truly, and screech out "meeeeee". Let's just say girls, my voice isn't all that pretty either. Jen is dying next to me, and we notice that we caught Lance's attention and dang that boy is gettin further from the Ellen look to more of a Rico Suave! So we were pleased that Lancie noticed, and this only encouraged the devils inside of us more. All of a sudden Jen starts doing the butterfly, no joke girls, so I immediately follow with the running man and basically we're liking jammin out in the front row. 80's moves are our personal specialty..so we're breakin it down doin the cabbage patch and stuff. Too funny. J.C sees us *how could you not we were in the FRONT ROW!--ok, so I'm rubbing it in. Lol* and he starts to crack a huge smile but can't cause he has to sing..duh. His eyes get so small though and we can tell he's holdin it in so bad. Justy glances over and does his little smile...so that made us happy. :)

'You got It' was crackin us up, Jen was like, "check out Joey he's in another world all by himself!" We have no idea what he was doing, but the boy was running around like there were girls there waiting for the Fatone experience.

'Giddy Up' was a classic, they came out in like airpant capri's. Jen and I we're like 'WTF are they wearing'? J.C had on that damn beret...hello honey you're not in Paris but whatever. *Ok Kristin, it's Jen and I HAD to comment on this...girl.. when you are balimosing with Jacque, you don't CARE. Lol.* Then they start beatboxing, and I ask Jen if they're sayin what I think they are. She's like yeah, so we start sayin "sometimes you ride each other, sometimes you don't". Than we started spankin our asses like they do in TUMH and of course we reel Joey in with that one. Pure comedy thats all I have to say. I almost pissed my pants cuz the looks on their faces were classic. Not to mention the bodyguards got a kick out of us.

So anyhow, after Tearin is almost over, we decide to haul ass outta there. Jen and I are giggling like two teenyboppers at what just happened as we sprint to the car. I tell Jen that I feel like Britney Spears after she mouths one song cause I'm so out of breath from running. The whole thing was totally worth it and turned out to be an awesome experience. At 4 in the morning I hopped into my bed as visions of Stevie Fatone and sugar plumbs danced in my head. Let's not forget that I woke up at 7:53 am and had to be to work at 8, but I made it on time. So it's all good, and Kansas City rocked girls! Now we've had front row and met Stevie...BUT I want to meet the guys still. Jen girl, I'm leavin it up to you in Hawaii. Get a piece for me-lol.
