Amethyst
Description: Sometimes called the stone of Venus, Amethyst is the translucent purple or lavender variety of quartz.
Uses: Amethyst is thought to help with psychic awareness, imagery, grounding, cleansing, and stimulating spirituality and balance. It helps to reduce anger, impatience and nightmares. It is said to help clear the mind, and as such it is often used as an aid to meditation and spiritual journeys. It is thought to protect against thieves, harm, and negativity in general. Placed beneath one's pillow during sleep, it is thought to bring intuitive dreams and promote inspired thinking. Medically, Amethyst is used to help with headaches, insomnia, disorders of the eyes, scalp (or hair), pituitary, or pineal, blood sugar imbalances, acne and neuralgia. It has long been used to ward off drunkenness.

Angelite
Description: Angelite is a white or light blue crystal.
Uses: Angelite is a relative newcomer to the family of mystical crystals. It is predominantly used to aid with psychic awareness and connection, spiritual guidance, astral travel, and heightening sensory awareness. It is helpful in aligning the physical with the etheric. It is helpful in regenerating and rejuvenating that which is weak or depleted.
Chakras: Sixth (Third Eye), and Seventh (Crown).
Apatite
Description: Apatite is transparent and found in different colors: dark blue, yellow, clear, and purple.
Uses: Apatite is used to aid self-expression, and teaching. Medicinally, it may be used to help strengthen muscle tissue, and aid in coordinating basic motor responses. It is thought to help people who suffer from stuttering and in the treatment of high blood pressure. It is useful in healing disorders of the mouth, throat, and thyroid. With it's high calcium content, Apatite is also believed to help strengthen bones, and aid in the assimilation of minerals.

Apophyllite
Description: Apophyllite is a clear, white, or light green striated crystal.
Uses: Apophyllite is excellent for achieving a deep sence of peace and stillness, for meditation, dream recall, clairvoyance, and out of body travel. Green is the most powerful. It is good for clearing the mind, and helping one grow by helping one perceive truth.
