Cuprite
Description: Containing large amounts of copper, cuprite is a deep wine red.
Uses: Historically aligned with the yang, or male side, cuprite is helpful in healing the relationship with one's father, strengthening masculinity, and in dealing with confidence and security issues. Also helpful in accessing past life parent information for help with healing issues. Cuprite opens energy flows and strengthens willpower. Medicinally, cuprite is helpful in curing disorders of the thymus, heart, blood, oxygen, metabolism, stamina, and in general healing.
Chakras: First (Base of Spine), Third (Solar Plexus), and Fourth (Heart).

Danburite
Description: A beautiful, clear crystal.
Uses: Danburite is excellent for cleansing, and purifying. It brings joy, illumination, truth, and honesty. It opens reception abilities of the mind and spirit. It strengthens the mind, nervous system, life force, and awareness. It is an excellent healing tool.
Chakras: All, but especially good with Sixth (Third Eye), and Seventh (Crown).

Diamond
Description: The hardest substance known to man, diamond is a clear carbon crystal (and a girls best friend *grin*).
Uses: Diamond powerfully absorbs and amplifies the thoughts and attitudes, and strengths and weaknesses of the user. Diamond is a symbol of bravery and strength, and also one of innocence. It is also an antidote against pestilence.Diamond potentiates other gems. If the users intent is clear, diamond can be used to clear blocks, encourage spiritual love, peace, clarity, trust, and confidence. Historically, it was also used for detoxification.
Chakras: All, but especially the Seventh (Crown).

Dioptase
Description: Dioptase consists of tiny deep blue-green silicate crystals.
Uses: Dioptase is good for releasing and healing sadness, heartache, abuse and neglect. It may be used to change loss into self-love. It imparts new depth, strength, courage, and health to the heart. It encourages one's ability to love deeply and unconditionally. It promotes genuineness, sincerity, emotional balance, self-worth, and a deep sense of well-being. Medicinally, it is good for dealing with disorders of the central nervous system, lungs, and heart. It can reduce stress and normalize blood pressure.
Chakras: Fourth (Heart), and Fifth (Throat).

Emerald
Description: The green variety of Beryl.
Uses: Emerald promotes abundance, growth, peace, harmony, patience, love, fidelity, and honesty. Emerald can be used to lift depression, and relieve insomnia. It brings peaceful dreams. It is a protective gem, thought to bring money. Medicinally, emerald is a good all around healer. It is useful against disorders of the heart, respiratory system, lymph nodes, blood, thymus, and pancreas. It may be used to improve eyesight, and facilitate labor and delivery. It is also useful against all mental disorders.
Chakras: Forth (Heart).

Epidote
Description: A deep green striated crystal.
Uses: Epidote is used to strengthen one's health in general. It is also encouraging of stamina and courage, and taking care of one's self.
Chakras: First (Base of the Spine), and Fourth (Heart).
