Go to the large blue fort with a condor on it to the south and talk to the man outside. Enter the fort where you can shop, sleep, and save or get directions to Junon. Talk to the man at the table and decide whether to fight or not. If you don't fight, leave, and find Junon. However, you must have at least 4000 gil in order to fight, which you can win some cool items by fighting here. Up the stairs then up a rope ladder, there are a couple people that you can buy things from. If you fight, you head up the rope ladder then up some stairs to find a man looking outside. You talk to him to learn about the fighting and to start the battles there.
