~WHY~

Why do you tell me you love me, want me?
I know you don’t love me, its only words
I loved you, cherished you, & you hurt me
You broke my heart with your lies
I didn’t need many things,
I didn’t ask for too much,
All I asked was to be the only one,
For you to love me & never lie to me,
But that wasn’t what you wanted,
You could not be faithful,
You could not keep your word,
You told me I was the only one, then you left me
All I feel is the breaking of my heart,
The pain it causes, the tears it causes
Will I ever be able to love again?
Why did you break my heart?
Why did you lie to me?
Why did you leave me all alone?
