A Good Bath for Tired Muscles

Mix together in a muslin or linen cloth bag: pine, juniper, thyme, lavender, and rosemary. As you draw your bath, allow the water to run over and over the bag of herbs (try tying the bag to the spigot). Relax in your hot bath by candlelight, with your favorite incense. While you bathe, visualize your aches and muscle tension flowing out of your tired muscles, and into the bath water. When you are done, pull the plug, and visualize your aches and tension flowing down the drain with the bath water.
