A Bath to Relieve Stress

In a linen or muslin cloth bag, mix together lemon balm, rose, jasmine, sage, and lavender. As you run your bath, allow the water to run over and over the bag (try tying the bag to the spigot). Relax in your bath by candlelight, with your favorite incense. As you relax, picture your stress, worries, and troubles seeping out of you, and into the bath water. When you have finished, and you unplug the drain, see those same worries and troubles, vanishing down the drain.
