Obtain a scrap of green, silk cloth. Place in it an amethyst, a rose quartz, lavender, five-finger grass, fluorite, and if possible, also a piece of the person's hair, fingernails, or toenails.
Charge it under a waning moon, saying:
Pain drain, Losses lessen, Bills Paid, Parents easing. (repeat until charged)
When the moon passes new, charge it again, saying:
Joy come, Heart heal, Bounty abounds, Parents Happy.
Give the amulet to the person, along with a "worry rock" of either rose quartz, amethyst, or fluorite for the person's pocket.
