A Nice Tea for a Cold

1 teaspoon yarrow
1 teaspoon valerian root
1 teaspoon birch leaf
Pour boiling water over herb mixture, and steep for 10-15 minutes, covered.
Sip the tea, slowly, and allow it time to work.
Warning: Valerian root tends to smell like nasty forgotten gym socks.
Maybe this isn't the tea to use for steam to help your sinuses.
