Author's notes: One of my homework assignments in German class was to make up a short fairytale. Guess who I cast as the main characters. *giggles*
Anyway, I originally wrote this in German. This is the English translation. I did add a bit to the translated story, to make it flow smoother. Enjoy! ^_^
There was once a beautiful dragon princess and a handsome demon prince. They were secretly in love. However, the demon prince’s stepmother knew of this secret love, and she did not approve of it. She wanted to kill the dragon princess.
One day, the stepmother put poison in the dragon princess’ tea. However, the dragon princess worked for a long time that day. She worked so long, the tea became cold. She threw away the tea.
The next day, the evil stepmother ordered her demon minions to kill the dragon princess. But, the dragon princess was no damsel-in-distress. She whacked the minions with her mace. The stepmother was very angry.
On the third day, the stepmother ordered her son, the demon prince, to kill the dragon princess. He left to carry out the task, but found he could not do it. The stepmother repeated her order, but he would not kill the dragon princess.
L-sama, the golden god, saw everything and was upset at the stepmother. She cursed the stepmother, and the stepmother turned into a green rabbit. [Author: Remember the green cat-rabbit (cabbit?) that appeared in Next? That's the type of creature I'm talking about.]
The dragon princess and the demon prince kissed, then got married. And, they lived happily ever after.
