Engine: Anything from a 289 to a 460. (5.0 EFI is most common)

Trans: 5M, Drivetrain: front engine/rear drive

Rear axle: 3.27:1 limited-slip w/8.8-in. ring gear

Curb weight: Approx. 2100 lb

Tires: 245/45ZR17

Acceleration:0-60 mph: 4.8 sec. *

1/4 mile: 13.6 sec.*

*(based on 5.0 motor w/ 225 bhp)

I think the above table speaks for itself. This is an amazing car! Just think for under $20,000 you can build a street & strip machine that will blow away even a Viper. Plus-- look at it-- That is one of COOLEST cars in existence!!

As you can see by the title of this page, This is "My Dream Car". It is a Factory Five Racing Roadster. It was designed to be built using the 87-93 5.0 Mustang as a donor platform, but it can also use a 289, 427, 428, 460, or any other motor you want- including a 350 or the V-10 Viper motor! It all depends on how much you want to put in it.
