Specific gravity- 21.5

Platinum is a dense white metal that has a high resistance to corrosion. It looks much like silver. I cannot solder it since it takes a oxygen torch (that I do not have) to get it hot enough. It is the most expensive metal I have to offer, platinum market prices are slightly higher than gold (about $50). Due to this and the fact that I have never worked with it I will most likely drop it from my list.
