Band BiosLiquid Promises was formed back in 1996 after the demise of the band Bent. Founding members, Chris and Jim wanted to continue writing and performing original music and so began the tedious job of recruiting member after member until finally ending up with the current line up. But as the old saying goes....nothing is for sure except for change. To quote a line from a Liquid Promises song..."just like you're reading a story, you've got to turn a page; when everything seemed so perfect something had to change!"

DRUMS/KEYBOARDS
Chris:
He is the most talented musician in the band being able to play not only drums but also guitar, bass, and keyboards all of which he has played in other bands. Chris is also a strong writing force in the band. He has very accute orgainzation skills which compliment the fly by the seat of your pants approach used by his brother Jim. Chris is the gig getter, and is also married to the band's manager.

BASS
James :
is the eldest member of Liquid Promises bringing with him both wisdom, and experience. He has one of the most diverse musical backgrounds. He enjoys everything from the motown sound to bands like Garbage, and Radiohead. James brings with him a lot of motivational skills. James also built and maintains the Liquid Studio where Liquid Promises writes and records. James has at this time decided to take a break from performing and step away from the band. Rest assured when he once again gets the itch to hit it hard, we'll have his spot waiting for him, because his playing will always be like the proverbial beat of the bands heart.
