Welcome to my place of solitude. A place where my creativity runs freely... Ok actually, It just really comes down to me having nothing else too do! lol Hence the title. You'all coma back now, ya hear! I'm kidding we are not that country.
Not a very exciting day. It's getting so cold outside. Never really seem perpared for winter yet it comes every year like clockwork. The leaves have changed, most already blown away which is a definite sign of winter. It's been raining the last few days. Drizzy, wet, and cold. Should be getting our first snowfall soon. Mel hates the winter time and always get a bad case of cabin fever throughout the winter months. I'm still sitting at home everyday waiting to go back to work. I think the worst expression is "hurry up and wait", but I've been doing it now for the last few months. I'm told I will know for sure this week. Please keep your fingers crossed. I need all the luck I can get! *laughs* Anyway, hope all is well with you ...until next time.
Anyway, on to brighter things...Mel and I have been great. Spent Sweetis day together at the movies. Watched Spiderman 2, which is just as good as the first one, and The Village, which was to say the least interesting. Not really what you expect. I have spent most of the week at her sister's house while Mel is at work, which is kinda really the most time I've ever spent with her in the three years we've been together. I guess what they say about time heals all, is true. I've been busy helping her paint the new house. I believe it's just about finished. Which is good seeing as the tempture has dropped. Brrrr...is anyone else not ready for winter? I hate to be cold! We are told this winter promises to be a rough one. Kinda makes you wonder what's going on and why we are having such a climate shift. It gets worse every year. We have had a hell of a summer with so much rain and flooding.
