Wow, you really want to know more about me? I am flattered. So here goes...my pen name is Ayesha deLuceney. You might wonder why I picked this name. Well, first of all, I think it sounds beautiful. Secondly, it's actually taken from the name of one of my ancestors, my great-great grandmother who came to America from France.
Now you're probably wondering why I love Phantom so much. I first saw Phantom of the Opera at the Pantages Theater in Toronto when I was 13 years old. It had been a huge part of my life ever since. I saw it for the 5th and final time on September 26, which was the 10th anniversary show, plus the last performance for Mr. Jeff Hyslop.
I have many activities besides obsessing about Phantom. I love to write, especially when Erik whispers to me softly and inspires me. I also love to sing. My resume isn't very big, but I'm proud of it. When I was 15, I was the youngest of the nuns in a production of "The Sound of Music". Last year, I was the Fairy Godmother in "Cinderella". I adore acting and being on stage. I leave behind who I really am and truly become the character I play. My ultimate goal is to someday be Christine in any production of Phantom. I'm 19 years old, and I am majoring in secondary education. When I graduate, I hope to teach English and Theater
