Seth was raised in Overbrook Park by his parents; Herb, a math teacher, and Barbara, an artist. He attended public school and played soccer. Seth decided to make actinghis career at age six after appearing in a summer camp performance of "Hello, Dolly!" For a fact, his pictures of him being born were used for advertising natural child birth[this was later proved wrong!]
A native of West Philadelphia, grew up among the stars -- Jodie Foster while shooting "The Hotel New Hampshire," (age 10) Allen on "Radio Days," (playing a lead at age 12) and Bette Midler with "Big Business" (age 13). Green met his destined love interest, Alyson Hannigan, when the two worked on "My Stepmother Is an Alien" in 1988.
Seth went on to do many more films, including "Stephen King's It," "Pump Up the Volume," and "White Man's Burden." But it might have been the unmistakable "Ch-Ching" in a Rally's fast food commercial that put Green's face on the map.
The actor would then move to TV, with roles in "Good and Evil," "The Byrds of Paradise," and "Temporarily Yours." Some of TV guest appearances include "Mad About You," "The Carey Show," and "The X-Files." And that's not including the appearances on Letterman, Leno, "Saturday Night Live," even Johnny Carson. He rounded out his film career in the late '90s with roles in "To Gillian on Her 37th Birthday" and "Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery." He will appear in "The Party," an upcoming film with Jenna Elfman and Jennifer Love Hewitt, as well as "An Enemy of the State" with Gene Hackman.
