2002 Annual Meeting on May 18th
The annual meeting was conducted at Town Addiction (thanks to Dave and Marco
of 2E!). 24 owners were in attendance and the following matters were
discussed:
- A new board was elected. Click here to see

- Substantial work on the building was approved. If you do not have
the estimate for this, please contact the management
company or a board member (this is a public
website and I don't want to make that information available here)
- Approved a borrowing by the Association (that's all of us) to make
available funds to owners who wish to pay for the above work in installments
over 3 years. This option is available to every owner.
The other options will be to a) make a single payment to cover your share,
or b) spread the payments over the 3-4 (I need to verify 3 or 4) months the
work will take.
- The management company reported on the current state as well as future
plans for the building. Again, contact the management company or a
board member for details.
