Hi everyone!  Although I've lived in this building since mid-99, I don't know all the residents... it seems a lot of us are intensely private people, and many of us travel, so there are times when this building seems totally deserted, doesn't it?

First, I wanted to invite everyone to come by 4E and introduce yourself.  For my part, I will introduce myself to everyone I see in the building (so consider yourself warned!)

As for being on the board, it is a thrill for me...  I first looked at this building back when it was first offered so I was very happy to finally acquire 4E.  And I'm excited at the opportunity to contribute to making this a great place to live!

My philosophy can best be characterized as "live and let live": we're all adults here, we own this building so we'll do our best to preserve our investment... on the other hand, any group of people together in an enterprise (and I absolutely feel this is an enterprise in the sense we all have a common interest in preserving and enhancing its value) need to have a set of rules to allow peaceful coexistence.  So the tough balancing act for me will be to find the happy medium between 'too many rules' and 'do your own thing'.  Please bear with me when I go too much one way or the other...
