I am new to Babyz and have been surfing the web to see if there are any hints out there. Sure enough, I have stumbled upon some sites that have hits for the Babyz program. I have also tried some of them out. The better ones are located below. They are in no particular order.
If you have some hints please feel free to E-mail them to me and I will add them here. I will, of course, give you credit for them as well. Are you tired of clicking on the house button to navigate around the house? Here are some shortcut keys to help you out.

You don't have to press the camera button all the time to take pictures of your Babyz. All you have to do is press the space bar and up comes the picture window.
You don't have to open the Toy Chest to put anything in it. All you have to do is take the item you want to place in the Toy Chest and place it where the top and the bottom meet (the Frog and Hippo's mouth). The Toy Chest will open up and the item will go into the Toy Chest.
Are you tired of holding the spoon or the bottles to feed your Babyz? This is where the space bar comes in handy again. Feed the Babyz as normal and as your are still holding the left mouse button, press the space bar about 3 or 4 times. DO NOT LET GO OF THE LEFT MOUSE BUTTON and move the cursor over with the mouse to cancel the picture. The picture window will go away and you can now let go of the left mouse button. The spoon or bottle will stay in the hand. You can now move the cursor over to your Babyz and do not have to hold any mouse button down to feed them.
If you want to find out what food your Babyz prefers you can take out three containers of food at a time and place it on the highchair which your Babyz is sitting in. The food that they throw the least is the one that they like. Be sure to clean up the food they throw.
Do you have some very picky Babyz? Well, some of them rely on you to hand feed them. Take out the food you want them to eat and put some on the spoon. Place the spoon on the ground and then put the hand cursor over the food that is on the spoon. The hand will pick it up. Then you can put the cursor over your Babyz mouth and they might eat it.
Are your Babyz even more picky? You can let them feed themselves. Place your Babyz on the floor with the container of food you want them to eat. They will fling most of their food all over the place (I try to say "NO" when they do this) but they will feed themselves some as well.
If you want the Babyz to feed themselves but you don't want a messy kitchen there are two things you can do. First of all you can open all the windows and cabinet doors and when your Babyz fling the food all over there will be less surface area for them to hit. The second way is to place the Babyz in the highchair and move the highchair so that it is at the very end of the right hand side of the screen. When the Babyz will throw the food it will go off screen and you don't have to clean it up.
Does your Babyz take the food out of their mouth when you are feeding them. Just don't move the spoon from in front of their mouth until you see that they have "swallowed" their food. If they do spit up the food will go back onto the spoon and you will not have to clean the floor.
Did you know that you can make it snow outside? All you have to do is go to the Play Room and put the snowglobe in the Toy Chest. Then you go outside and take the snowglobe out and shake it. Snow will start falling, but it will not stick around. If you want to make it stop snowing, simply put the snowglobe back into the Toy Chest.
If for some reason you do not want to have the record player in any other room with you but you still want to hear the music, go to the Family Room and put the record player in the Toy Chest. Go to any other room and take the record player out of the Toy Chest. Put the record on it and the music will start playing. Then go up to "Options" and select "Clean Up Toyz". The record player will disappear and the music will still be playing. I have not figured out how to make it stop except that you have to close your Babyz program.
Do you want your Babyz to dance standing up? It easier than you think. There are three ways to do it though. The easiest way is to download the song "Disco Inferno". If you can not find "Disco Inferno", you can rename any song. You don't even have to rename it to "Disco Inferno". All you have to do is put Disco in front of the song name and the Babyz will get up and dance standing up. The third way you can get your Babyz to dance standing up is to rename your Babyz to Travolta. As in John Travolta. The guy who was in that movie about dancing, Saturday Night Fever. The only thing is that if you rename your Babyz to Travolta, you can only rename one at a time. Don't forget to rename your Babyz back to their original name when you are done weatching them dance.
Want to get a naked picture of your Babyz for some reason. I don't really want to know the reason but here is how to do it. Put your Babyz in the bathtub. You might as well give them a quick bath while they are in there. Take your Babyz out and they will be covered with bubbles below the waist. Put a white T-shirt on them (I am sure it will work with any colour of T-shirt or sweater). Then try to put a jumper on them (I think you might be able to use a coverall as well). The jumper will not go on because of the T-shirt but the bubbles will go away. Then you can take the T-shirt off and now your Babyz is naked. The nakedness goes away when you pick up your Babyz. They will have a white diaper on.
Does your Babyz get cold when in the crib? Here is how to cover them with a "blanket". Put your Babyz in the crib. Go to the Changing Room and put a towel in the Toy Chest. Go to the Nursery and put the towel into the crib. Leave the room. When you go back into the room the towels will be laying down flat over your Babyz.
Are you tired of dressing your Babyz yourself? You can get them to dress themselves. After your Babyz comes out of the tub, lay some clothes on the floor. Hold one article of clothing in front of your Babyz and shake it a little so that they notice it. They will take it from you and shake it a few times. If your Babyz wants to wear it, they will throw it onto themselves. If they do not want to wear it they will throw it back onto the floor. This is a good hint to see what clothes your Babyz likes as well.
If you want your Babyz to avoid getting sick, there are several things you can do. First of all, make sure that your Babyz do not sleep with the window open. And make sure that you give your Babyz a bottle of orange juice a day. If your Babyz do get sick, be sure to dress them up in warm clothing and give them 3 droppers of medication at a time.
The more you talk to your Babyz the more words they will learn. Be sure to read to them too. If you have more than one babyz, they tend to teach each other words that they know.
If your Babyz are picky eaters you can still get them to eat. And you can pretty much get them to eat what you want them to eat. All you have to do is scoop up some of the desired food into your spoon as you normally would. Then you wiggle it back and forth in front of your Babyz mouth. It might take a little while but your Babyz will eventually eat whatever it is you are serving. Please note that they might not eat it all the time.
Another way to get your picky eaters to eat pretty much anything is to move the food that is on the spoon in a circular motion around your Babyz head. This usually works. But if not, try doing this first and then wiggling it back and forth in front of your Babyz mouth.
Yet another way to get your picky eaters to eat is to scoop the food up in your spoon as you normally would (again!) and give it to the Babyz you want to feed. They will snub the food. Then you give the food to one of your Babyz (if you have more than one) that you know will snub it as well. The first Babyz will come around (eventually!) and eat the food.
Don't you hate it when your Babyz are reaching for the bottle when you are trying to feed them? After I feed my Babyz a little of the bottle and then take it out of their mouth, they usually reach for the bottle. If you give it to them and take it away they will most likely cry. To avoid the crying you simply put the bottle back in the cupboard. They will put their hands down. Once they do you simply take the bottle out again and feed them with it. This also works for their when they are grabbing for their toys.
