It is an honor and privilege to be called Ryan's *Auntie Lyn* ~ thank you Ryan. If you don't believe in miracles and want to see one of God's miracles from start to where he is now, please go to Ryan Kenneth Karcher (I am sorry, however, those webpages are no longer there) and see a miracle there that only God could have made come true. Thank you doesn't seem enough and there are no words to express the feeling that I have within my heart for this child whom I have never met in person, but who I have loved from the day he was born as one of my own. Ryan will one day be a witness to God as to the miracles that Our Lord and Savior performs for us daily. May you enjoy your visit with Ryan at his homepage...you too will be touched by the Hand of God once you leave Ryan's website. TEACH ME TO PRAY
Dear Lord I need a favor
Can you help me out tonight?
I'm trying hard to learn
Please help me get this right.
I want to be a Christian
And feel you in my heart
I don't know what to say
And I don't know where to start.
You see, I've never learned to pray
Nor got down upon my knees
So if you could help me out
I'll try so hard to please.
I want to feel you touch me
Like others say you do
And know you're right beside me
With all that I pursue.
I need you to watch over me
And walk beside me all the way
So dear Lord could you help
As I try to learn to pray?
I want to go to heaven
When my time on earth is through
I don't want to miss the chance
To be up there with you.
You know I think it must be you
Who helped me many times
Was it you that gave a little push
On those hills I had to climb?
When I stumbled did you catch me
On those rough and rocky roads
The times that I almost fell
Overburdened from my loads?
There's much I need to thank you for
I have so much to say
All the things I should have said
But I don't know how to pray.
If you could teach me to pray
I could say my thanks to you
And tell you I appreciate
All the wondrous things you do.

PRAYER FOR THE NATION Our Father and Our God, We praise You for Your goodness to our nation, giving us blessings far beyond what we deserve. Yet we know all is not right with America. We deeply need a moral and spiritual renewal to help us meet the many problems we face. Convict us of sin. Help us to turn to You in
repentance and faith. Set our feet on the path of Your righteousness and peace. We pray today for our nation's leaders. Give them the wisdom to know what is right, and the courage to do it. You have said, "Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD." May this be a new era for America, as we humble ourselves and acknowledge You alone as our Savior and LORD.
