Brass is also a odorless metal with a golden color. It can be used instead of gold and has the same color and is tougher than gold too. Being that it is made mostly of copper it has the same properties and can be manipulated in the same ways even though it is a harder metal. It is usually used in furnishings like lamps, keys, and doorknobs. Many different things can be done to it's surface such as sandblasting, roll printing, abrasions, embosses, etchings, patinas, polishes, and hammered textures. It might also be able to get a heat coloring to it, I will have to find out....
