Dougie - who else can I always rely on to open the door to me in the wee hours of the mornings, so I can eat all his cheese whilst in a drunken stupor.

David and Dani, without whom I would not have discovered the delights of Italy and many Italian Restaurants, (not to mention Tiramasu!!!).

Cruella de Ville, without whom I would not have ended up where I am now. Nice to see you've gone to the dogs!

Paddy, without whom I also would not be where I am today, that's for sure! Can I just say, I really and truly don't enjoy it when you practice your Ju Jitsu on me!!!

To my nephew and niece, Douglas and Alessia, (the best advert for contraception, I have ever seen!).

Chezza,seeing as I know you so well, I doubt you'll ever get round to reading this, but then you always know my mind before I do, so you'll know what I've got to say!
