Hey there, howsit goin? Happy birthday Derek, Mitch and Jason (aka Jenny, Roxy and Betty) Also happy birthday in a few days to my sis in law Betty, and happy Anniversary, if I remember correctly, to Northern Bear and Bunny (new year's day) and the original Bear and Bunny Jan 13 (today). Busy month. Thom, Marlon and my dad also have b-days this month. I won't be home for dad's birthday but I'm hoping to go there about two weeks later. Speaking of which, I need to get ahold of my bro and see if we can whip up a shindig for dad or something :)

Mick, angel, bunny! Seeing you turned my life around! Seeing you made me shit gold and piss stardust! Okay, okay, it was great to chat with you cos you're my friend and I miss you. Better? Hope you're holding up well under the stress and strain, and lets face it, major pain of yanking out the bad stuff and putting in new good stuff. Remember, I have the big faith! That goes for you too, Br'er Bear. I'm here if you need me.

Brent, brilliant to hear from you and glad things are going well there. Sorry I couldn't recognize your gays *LOL Aside from the fact that they aren't here, maybe tell me what they drink, not their names--I'd have a better shot at it. Seriously, I'm so not the gay anymore. I hardly go to the club and am mainly doing the PtCS stuff and that's about it. So I'm no help in the who's who department these days--besides, they all look the same to me *L*

Went mini golfing last night for Jason's b-day which was fun and to La Bodega, which I was originally gonna skip but I'm glad I didn't. We had our own room, so distance from the straights *L* We had some cocktails and chips, and pitchers of Sangria. And wait til you see Andrea's pics of the ice bar. Fire and Ice, a local company, built a bar of ice on the deck and they served "luged vodka" (poured through ice sculptures) and mulled wine and the proceeds went to Transition House, a local women's shelter. Very cool stuff!

My second period went off without a hitch, so that's cool. One more to go, and maybe I get to keep my uterus *L*

Work was amazing this week--got national recognition for a course I designed, and my class is brilliant and hard working (so far) with minimal attendance issues.

I'm pricing out my trip to England and really hope I can make it work. And God, if there was a rosebed in Cardiff and a copy of the Watcher, I think I'd stay there forever...

Cheers!
