NEGATIVES:

-ducking creditors
-phone bills
-not getting stuff in the mail faster than I do, feeling like a shmuck about it, processing til it's not a big panic, then doing it all over again. Yeesh, you'd think I'd get bored.
-I have to rename my fish Highlander, cos just like the show, there can be only one. Had to say good night to Himself aka Mr. Snobby Fins, now aka Mr. Rigor Fins. That sucked. And wondering if I should just stick to plants--although they die too. Good thing I'm not dating, huh?
-Big drama in little gay bar. Not gonna get into it, but suffice to say, I don't want to be in the middle of it, either.
-the cold. Hate it, hate the snow more. No frostbite yet, but you can see your breath in my store!
-shoplifters!! Bring back corporal punishment--beat the smug little bastards asses til they scream. And I'm not being abusive, or a bitch, thank you very much--just the threat of the belt from my father kept me on the fucking straight and narrow, let me tell ya, and some of these little shits could use a dose!!!!!!!
-___'s cold, and the medicine that makes him sleep. Not that sleep is a bad thing, nosiree, but boy, I miss the hell outta him!!
-another trip to med city for the big bro, and ___'s flu. Hey, Big Guy, I'm willing to share my health, honestly. I've lots to go round!! And heck, you could even take a little off my ass if they want that too. They could tone it and turn it into something pretty, dontcha think. Well, it's just a suggestion. Get back to me, kay. And in the mean time, I'll be keeping in close contact with You, so you don't forget about my special brothers, kay?

-the tapes from ___, which are so fun, and I haven't even started the second one yet. Oh, how I've missed The Job, and was ecstatic to see That 70s show, FINALLY! Not to mention the second Larry Sanders--how fuckin' funny was that!! And remember, sometimes we laugh cos it's funny, and sometimes we laugh cos it's true *L*
-Apple pie and sausages from the guys upstairs--yummy!
-OMG--that card last night that went straight to my heart, twirled around my gut for a moment before shooting out my eyes in a weepy messy way, but definitely a good one. What an absolute dear to do that for me...it was perfect.

-writing lots lately and it sho feels good!
-Friday nights off
-Basement fic, finding old stories to reread, and even reading some I missed the first time around, and that felt really good too--like reconnecting with an important part of my heart that had been shut off for a while.
-hearing from ___, though we haven't chatted for a while. Sounds like he's doing okay.
-getting closer and closer to that new computer! :)
-my mailing lists, which have been totally interesting, fun, and a source of personal pride for myself, even when I don't feel so fresh here in the real world.
