THE BLESSING
WAY:Skinner takes Scully to Mulder's apartment
to talk? How cozy...Then Fox and Dana just leave Walter there, like he's
at home, or something.
PAPER CLIP:Sk/M
UST - Skinner says he'll turn state's evidence to protect 'them', while
his eyes on Mulder are saying protect 'you'. Also love the "Pucker up"
moment-go Walter!
D.P.O.:
Mulder is actually flaming, when his cel phone catches on fire.Y'ever
notice how Mulder really bonds with those disaffected teens, the ones that
don't fit in? hmmm...
CLYDE BRUCKMAN'S
FINAL REPOSE:Don't know how slashy it was,
but, you know,"there are worse ways to go, but I
can't think
of a more undignified one than autoerotic asphyxiation."
THE LIST:
Surprisingly enough, Fox is kinda butch in
this one, except when he's all grossed out by the bugs...
2SHY:Not
so much, although it's a good thing he's not fat!
THE WALK:Wow,
three eps in a row where there's no big queenie moments for anyone--who
knew?
OUBLIETTE:Just
Fox being sensitive again-surprise!
NISEI:"Oh,
look, a beacon in the night." I don't think Mulder was being as facetious
as CC and co. would like
us to believe,
considering just a few minutes later he says he's going back home like
Skinner told him to,
like a good
boy...there is also a fantastic outtake from this ep, where Duchovny is
supposed to say "...I was too busy getting my ass kicked"- instead, he
says "getting my ass licked" Everyone laughs, and his recovery line is
"kicked, I mean kicked, not licked-okay, maybe licked a little." 'nuff
said.
731:It's
all about the fireman's carry, isn't it, X? And I guess the Senator's patience
has run out-dontcha hate it when the ex is all bitter?
REVELATIONS:Nice
smile when Scully asks him to smell Mr. Owens
WAR OF THE
COPROPHAGES:"Are you sure it wasn't a girly
scream?" Another Mulder having nightmares ep. where he's flirting with
a girl, and no one is buying it, not even the girl...and then he has cocktails
with yet another older man.
SYZYGY:Our
boy is just a little too distressed when Agent White jumps him-and he had
to be drunk for even that...very
catty exchanges
with Scully, too.
GROTESQUE:Three
little words: "So am I" Oh, Walter...
PIPER MARU:More
Krycek panting everytime Mulder's in the room, as well as gasping "Do it!"
in the airport
(would love
to have that as a sound byte!)
APOCRYPHA:Mulder's
pretty worried about Walter all the way through this, from "Anyone can
be gotten to."(asking Scully not once, but twice, to check on Skinner's
guards), right up to the office scene at the end-*oh, here, sir, let me
give you a hand...and another hand...and a mouth...* :)
PUSHER:Skinner's
worried again "Why is he so interested in you?", not to mention that he
gets his ass handed to him by a girl...(Just kidding, sir, sheesh, don't
get surly!)
TESO DOS BICHOS:there's
apparently a different translation for the title of this ep which has something
to do with balls, as opposed to small animals, the original intent.
HELL MONEY:Fox,
are you flirting again? He's cute, but not as cute as Walter...
JOSE CHUNG'S
FROM OUTER SPACE:It's all about the falsetto
yelp, and sweet potato pie! Loved our ticking
time bomb
of insanity at the end, too! All you have to remember is that he's right
handed...
AVATAR:EVERYTHING!
except Walter having sex with a girl *L* I love that the section chief
uses the word "enchanted".
NOTE: from
the official third season guide: "Duchovny and the show's publicist snuck
onto what was supposed to be a closed set to watch Pileggi shoot his love
scene. "He didn't really sneak." Pileggi corrects, laughing loudly, "He
just busted right in."..."
QUAGMIRE:Mulder
just waxes a little too philosophical for a straight guy, y'know...I guess
a pegleg might be easier to live
with than
being gay, but I think Fox is just talking out of his ass on this one,
trying to wrap his mind, and Scully's around the fact that there is something
deviant, if not defective about him.
WETWIRED:nothing
really, unless you count Mulder waving Skinner's tie at the Gunmen to explain
his colour-blindness (okay, maybe I just thought it was Walter's tie...)
TALITHA CUMI:Skinner
is close enough to Mulder that he's the one who breaks the news to him
about his
mother. I
mean, I suppose the hospital might have called Mulder at work, but wouldn't
they just get voice-mail if he wasn't there? Was Skinner checking his messages
for him? Or does Mulder's phone automatically transfer to Skinner's if
he's not in?
Hmmm...
Coming
soon, season 4, and the best crying Fox
scene...
