Well, maybe not in an actual coal mine, but it's definitely dark here. Or at least feels a little dark. The late shift blows, not only because it's full of funny looking surly people and I'm starting to take it personally, but because I'm missing everything!! And while nothing's going on per se, it still feels like I'm missing everything!!
And don't even get me started on Halloween. I should have just called in sick at ST, and then I'd be the one with over a hundred extra dollars in my pocket, and I wouldn't have to be worrying about making rent and bill payments and all that crap that I thought was going to be overwith once I took this damn job!
I'm missing ___ and worrying for ___ and wishing that I could be with ____. All very well and good, but if wishes were horses, right?
An old buddy and the ultimate chubby chaser showed up at the club tonight, and that was a nice surprise. And he took home another friend of mine, which is a nice thing for him.
Investitures was fine, I guess, tho not very busy. Some fine and fun folks, though, that's for sure. And everyone looks cute in their crowns.
My cash was fucked again--two weeks in a row. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong....
