Laura's Intruder Theory
It is very possible that an intruder entered the house when the Ramseys were at the Whites. The Ramseys were gone all day. It was also enough time to write the three page ransom note. The intruder was planning on kiddnapping JonBenet for ransom. I believe there were 2 murders. They grabbed a pen and a piece of paper and began writing the crazy ransom note. The men wanted the ransom note to sound diffrent. They wanted to sound intellagent. While looking for the paper to write the ransom note on, one of the intruders' came across one of Mr. Ramseys check stubs, the sum was $118,000. The guys agreed that was a confusing number to ask for. They wanted to trick the police and it was going to work. After the ransom note was written they went down to the basement to wait for the Ramseys.
The Ramseys came home and the intruders were in the basement. John put JonBenet to sleep; Patsy came in and sang JonBenet a song and got her in her pajamas. When the intruders thought it was safe; approx. 3:00am-they went to JonBenets room. JonBenet was already awake. She had awaken after wetting her bed. She changed into her favorite barbie nightgown and went down stairs to get a snack. She was awake sitting at the table when the intruders came in from the basement. JonBenet got scared and screammed (the scream heard by the neighbor). The bigger guy grabbed JonBenet and told her to shut up. JonBenet was crying. The men were getting annoyed. JonBenet got free and ran to the basement and shut the door. She ran into Burkes train room in the basement. The intruders found her. She screammed again. One of the intruders grabbed a flashlight and hit her over the head. One of the intruders decided to rape JonBenet. It was perfect timing. When he was raping JonBenet, she started to squirm. He was getting bothered and told the other one to hold her arms. The guy grabbed rope and tied her arms together. JonBenet was screamming again. The rapist then told the guy to make JonBenet shut up. He put duke tape over her mouth. Finally, the rape was done. The two men thought JonBenet was stick there, so they went to the corner to talk. JonBenet got up and ran to the stairs-one of the intruders grabbes HIS stun gun and shoots JonBenet in the lower back. JonBenet falls down the stairs. The young girl was dead, and the intruder know it. Just to make sure, they went looking for a paintbrush or a pencil to make a garotte. They found Patsys paint brush. One guy strangled JonBenet- to finish the job. They left the ransom note to by themselves time. They left the body-thinking the police will think its the parents. They move the body over to the wine celler. One of the intruders starts to really get upset over the whole incident. He feels really bad. He goes upstairs to find a blanket- JonBenets special blanket was found where she was sitting. The man grabs it and wraps JonBenet up. They place her carefully, hands over head, blanket over her body. The guys both feel horrible. The rapist was in love with JonBenet. He had a sick obession with the little girl. He grabs a marker and draws a heart on the little girls hand, to show his love. The men escape.
