John Bennett Ramsey
(Father, age 53) President and CEO of Access Graphics. He found JonBenét's body in the basement of the Ramsey home. He and former wife Lucinda had three children, Elizabeth ~Beth~ (killed in a car accident at age 22), John Andrew, and Melinda. John Ramsey had recently received a $118, 117.50 bonus for increasing annual sales at Access to $1 billion. Asked about conjecture that he or his wife might be involved in the killing of JonBenét, John Ramsey said he found it "nauseating beyond belief." The next day, though, Boulder mayor Leslie Durgin pointedly told the press, "There isn't a crazed killer on the loose" Mr. John Ramsey is "under the umbrella of suspison' for the murder of his daughter, JonBenet. Patricia Paugh Ramsey
(Mother, age 39) Former beauty queen, including winner of the 1973 Miss West Virginia pageant. Patricia goes by Patsy. Patsy and John Ramsey were married 1980 after John's divorce from his first wife. Has undergone chemotherapy for fourth stage ovarian cancer and is currently on medication. Known as a Boulder socialite and lavish spender, Patsy was also actively involved in grooming JonBenét for child beauty pageants and had taken the girl to at least one out-of-state competition. Mrs. Patsy Ramsey is also "under the umbrella of suspision" in the murder of her daughter, JonBenet.(People, 3/24/97).
Burke Ramsey
(Brother, age 9) Described by Dr. Francesco Beuf, the family's Boulder pediatrician, as a neat kid who likes to play video games. "He's very bright and trying hard to deal with something he can't fully understand yet." (KUSA-TV Interview with Dr. Beuf, 2/14/97, 3/24/97). Burke is a great kid. He has been cleared as a suspect in his sisters death. Our prayers are with you, Burke.

John Andrew Ramsey
(Half-brother, age 20) John Andrew Ramsey had lived with the Ramseys in Boulder while attending the University of Colorado. He and his sister Melinda spent Christmas in Atlanta with their mother, Lucinda Ramsey Johnson. The morning of Dec. 26 they boarded an 8:36 a.m. flight for Minneapolis, planning to meet the rest of the family at the Ramseys' vacation home in Charlevoix, Mich. Confirmation of alibis was slowed when their father, John Ramsey, hired Atlanta lawyer James Jenkins, who barred police from talking to John Andrew, Melinda, or their mother. Both John Andrew and his sister Melinda have been cleared as suspects. (Rocky Mountain News (3/7/97), 3/24/97).
Melinda Ramsey
(JonBenets' half sister. Age; mid 20's) Melinda Ramsey is the only surviving daughter of John Ramsey. She is married to Stewart, and expecting a baby later this year. Melinda has been cleared as a suspect in the murder of her little sister, JonBenet.

Bill and Janet McReynolds
Bill McReynolds, 67, played Santa Claus at the Ramsey home two days before JonBenét's murder. Oddly, it turns out that on 12/26/74, the McReynoldses' 9-year-old daughter was abducted with a friend and forced to watch as the friend was sexually molested. The girls were released, but two years later Janet, 64, wrote an award-winning play, Hey, Rube, about a woman who is sexually assaulted, tortured and murdered, and whose body is found in a basement. These eerie parallels prompted Boulder police to collect hair and handwriting samples from them both. (Today Show interview , 1/31/97).

Because the ransom note referred to John Ramsey's recent bonus, there has been specualtion that the perpetrator may be an employee or affiliate of Access Graphics. Handwriting examplars have been collected from employees....
