If you are considering an appointment with Vickiveil, we ask that you take extra time by reading these new guidelines before you phone the office to set up your session. We are also sure that you will find that our policies are more than fair and will benefit serious inquiries. |

When you phone
the office of Psychic Medium Vickiveil to schedule your appointment, payment
will be processed as your scheduled time is confirmed.
THIS MEANS YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AS WE GIVE YOU YOUR APPOINTMENT
TIME.
Please make sure that you are
serious about booking a session.
When we process a payment through our
merchant services
(the corporation who supplies us our Visa/MasterCard terminal)
we are charged for running your card.
Needless to say, we cannot pay for your indecision or change of mind.
It has come to our attention that clients phone in with hopes they
can chat with Vicki and have their questions answered there on
the spot by Vicki as she schedules them.
Regrettably, this most happens mainly with repeat clients.
They feel they have only one or two "quick" questions and if
they
talk to Vicki, she will provide intuitive insight on their pending dilemma.
Unfortunately, there isn't enough time in the day to offer this type of
service. If you have a dilemma, crisis, or issue of any form, you
will need to schedule a reading.
IF YOU CANNOT KEEP
YOUR SCHEDULED TIME
AND NEED A NEW APPOINTMENT TIME:
This is never a problem.
If it is possible for you to phone the office and let
Vicki know that you need a new appointment time, please do so.
Vicki will schedule you with a prompt replacement time.
If you phone the office and reach voice mail
just let us know your that you need to reschedule
and we will get back to you promptly to reset a time.
Leave your name and appointment time with a phone
number where we can reach you.
. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE
YOUR SESSION
2 OR MORE TIMES:
Again...this is never a problem.
As long as you phone the office prior to your session
to let us know that you need to reschedule,
we will carry over your reading to
a different time until a comfortable time is provided for you.
IF YOU DO NOT PHONE THE OFFICE AT
YOUR SCHEDULED TIME
BECAUSE AN EMERGENCY CAME UP
Again, we understand that emergencies pop up
where you may not have time to phone the office.
We will reschedule you
one time without your phoning in.
If you miss your 1st scheduled appointment,
and do not phone in...
you may phone the office and we will
gladly schedule you for
another time.
However please keep in mind...
IF YOU MISS THAT SECOND APPOINTMENT
AND DO NOT PHONE TO RESCHEDULE PRIOR...
THERE IS NO REFUND
AND WE WILL NOT RESCHEDULE YOU AGAIN.
This is considered more than fair option.
As you can calculate you have disregarded
a minimum of 60 minutes of Vicki's working time.
You may transfer your
reading to another person.
Make sure that the person replacing your time lets
Vicki know
before she begins her connection process of the change.
It is not necessary for you to phone the office if you transfer your
reading to another person.
The replacement client will be responsible to pay you
for the reading charge.
If you are running more than 5
minutes behind, we
will need to reschedule your time.
When you schedule your session, it is placed on the
daily agenda for
that particular day. I do my best readings when sessions are scheduled
back to back. Although I would never ever just hang up on you at
your 30 minute, 45 minute or 50 minute mark if I am bringing through
information, I will have someone scheduled...behind you.
I try to leave 5-10 minutes between each reading.
This way, if you are late by a few minutes we
can still complete your session in a relaxing atmosphere
where you (nor I) will feel hurried.
But if it looks like you are going to run more than 5 minutes late,
we will reschedule your time so that YOU receive a quality session.
If YOU NEED
TO UTILIZE THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Your cost will be refunded within 14 days minus a
$5.00 processing fee.
The $5. cost covers the fees we pay as a business using Visa / MasterCard.
After the first 3-5 minutes of your reading with Vicki, she will stop reading
and ask if you would like to continue. If you decide that Vicki is not
accurately
picking up on you, those around you, your past and present conditions,
Vicki is more than happy to issue the money back refund.

If you feel at anytime you
want to stop
your reading with Vicki...your fee will be pro-rated
and the remainder of your fee is refunded.
This is an option that may be utilized for you if
you should feel that the reading is not the type of reading
you desired.
This is also an option that Vicki may use as well.
There are times when your personality and Vicki's persona
clash. This can happen for various reasons.
If you feel a variance inside the reading...
you may end the reading and you will be issued
a pro rated refund.
PRO RATED .... meaning you will be charged
only for the time you used.
