    What's happened since high school:
That is a deceivingly small question! I went on to OSU & worked through a few degrees there (history, internat'l. studies). I stayed in Cow town for a few years working and then went on to graduate school at the University of Denver for an MA in International Studies. Met lots of great people there and began to travel extensively. I was working at a natural food store in produce the entire time I was out there. Fell in and out of love, and after finishing up the degree, entered a Ph.D. program in Economics at Umass, Amherst. I have been in Mass for a little over five years now and basically doing the grad student routine-- teaching, writing and shooting pool. Currently, I am finishing up my dissertation and will be probably be following my partner to Portland, Maine this summer. Her name is Marian Aguiar and right now she is a professor of English at Kenyon College, but (hopefully) will soon be teaching at the University of Southern Maine. She is great! With any luck I will be teaching up there this fall as well.
