Here is my grading scale:
MINT: I can find nothing wrong with her.
NEAR MINT: She has one or two tiny things wrong with her.
EXCELLENT: She has a few things wrong with her, but nothing major.
VERY GOOD: She has maybe one major thing wrong or many small things wrong with her.
GOOD: One or two major things wrong with her.
FAIR: Quite a few things wrong, could be baited.
BAIT: Several major things wrong with her and can only be salvaged as a custom or for play.
Hair: Soft and uncut, with no tail rust. Her hair is dry and frizzy and it still has factory curl. Her tail is loose and can be pulled out. She's missing three plugs toward the top of her head.
Eyes: Perfect.
Blush: Her NDS is rubbed.
Symbols: Both sides are a little faded.
Body: Her earring is broken. She has a name written with black marker on the bottom of her NDS rear foot. She has a silver mark on her NDS rear foot, a couple silver dots on her NDS front leg, a couple pink dots on her NDS shoulder, a pink dot on her NDS thigh, and a couple pink marks on the back of her DS thigh. She may have other marks but nothing major. ($10)
