I Still Dream
I am from the class of 57
And I still have my dreams
Not sure I was able to change the world
I am just a Mom and J. R.s wife
But I gave it my very best
I hope Dear Lord that I passed the test
It is cold this early March morning
My life too busy to be boring
I thank you Dear Lord for
The friends I made along the way
Thank you for guiding me through each day
For showing me the sunshine's ray
I sit here Father with many unfolded dreams
But to you I look each day for guidance
Even when life throws me hurtles
You always show me the way
I can smile this morning
Because You are there for me
And I still can delight myself in Thee
And of better things I can still dream
