The 'armor' section is made out of vinyl placemats that I sewed together. The helmet is a Rubies Jango (the 2 peice version) that I've still got to make one peice, lentghen the rangefinder arm and paint the visor. The belt is a normal olive drab military web belt. It holds the front of the armor down against the jumpsuit. The pouches were actually two purses my wife found for me at a thrift shop. The buckle was custom made. The jumpsuit is a military combat coveralls, the vehicle crewmen's type. The color is olive drab, which is what I'm going to be doing the visor in to match. The barrel sticking over the shoulder is part of a old super soaker squirt gun, one of those ones that have the two water containers.

Here's a side view, I used 3 large water containers from super soakers for the 'Power Packs', some sump pump hosing (still needs attached). The base that everything is attached to is a side of a battery box. I dremeled two slots into the battery box on the lower edges to slip some web strapping through and added a quick clip to it. This is weaved through two slits in the jumpsuit to hide the straps when it's on.

Thanks to Julia (on the ezboard Obi Wan's Jedi Academy) I got the dimensions of the cape that is hanging from the left shoulder. 4 water containers from squirt guns were used to fill up the battery box side.

The holsters (there's one on the other leg also) were made out of brown felt, I doubled the material up to make it a little more sturdy. Web strap and quick tabs were used to keep them on the legs. I'm thinking of adding some black vinyl thigh armor to the jumpsuit as well, not sure yet though.

This is the rifle I did up for the costume. I've dubbed the lower barrel a grenade launcher, since it looks like one already. I'm thinking of adding a folding stock similar to the E-11 Stormtrooper rifles to this as well. This started out as one of the squirtguns I used the water containers from.
