"When Cultures Clash"
Date: 4 September 2000.
This was one of the few pictures I drew during my Summer of Bad Tidings. I don't think there was much inspiration, but mostly of my mind wandering. "Ichi, Ni, San" of course is Japanese counting, "One Two Three," which was a common occurrence during my month of karate earlier that year. So I guess there was some inspiration after all. This is also a lesson to those Capitalist maniacs who want to build a McDonalds in Korea and Pakistan. By the way, for what it's worth, Coca-Cola gives me rastroistvo.
