Instead of dancing merrily like I suggested, Malcolm drifted apart from the Nortons, and the Nortons from each other. Jakab went to New York and gawked at muggers and I think he saw a show. Dan stayed home and played with a sword. Where he got a sword is anyone's guess, but we ought not to ask. Malcolm, on the other hand, had the most eventful of us all. He spent a week and a half sitting alone in the school's auditorium watching Teletubbies and spacing out while a duck gabbed his ears off. Yep, that's Ian Malcolm for you.
