"Vegisaurus, Lex!"
Date: c. mid 1996.
Based on the scene in Jurassic Park, this drawing takes a more sinister image. As Tim tells his sister, Lex, that the Brachiosaur is a "vegisaurus," the animal eats Dr. Grant, whos leg can be seen dangling from its mouth. How cute it was when the dinosaur simply sneezed on Lex. How much darker it would have been if the animal had eaten one of them!
Ian Malcolm is at the bottom, snidely saying "See? I warned them! But Nooo!" This was before I knew the real Ian Malcolm seen later in this gallery. Nowadays I have to be more careful in differentiating him from the character of the same name in Jurassic Park.
