Chief of JG Operations Admiral Joshua A. Gulch The Chief of JG Operations is the highest ranking position and the head of the entire organization, overseeing the development and function of every other department. At the top of the chain of command, all reports from department commanders eventually wind up here, and orders are funneled back down. Admiral Gulch has served as the Chief of Operations since the company's inception in 1996.

Executive Chief of JG Operations Position vacant The Executive Chief of JG Operations serves as executive officer to the Chief of Operations, and thereby second in command of JG Enterprises. This position adds another step between the Chief of Operations and the department commanders, thus allowing the Chief of Operations to handle commanding the organization with greater efficiency. The position of Executive Chief of Operations has been empty since February 2001.
