1. Open new image size 300 x 300.
2. New layer.
3. Flood fill it with a pastel gradient. Your choice of color.
4. Now set the colors on your color palette to foreground black, background to bright gold, #f8bf24.
5. set you spray paint tool to
6. Spray one dot of black.
7. Increase Brush size to 45. Move your brush to half way in the center of the dot you painted and click another dot of black...... move brush a very little, and click on a yellow dot. Repeat this till there are two stripes of yellow showing.
8.Reduce brush size once more to 30 and a add black dot to the end.
9.Change the color palette to foreground white, or a snowy gradient. Set the background to null.
10. Now choose the pre set shape tool, and select the single line heart shape. Line width 2.
11. Draw a small heart.
12. Use the object selector, and node edit the heart by clicking on the top left node, and pulling it down and to the left.
13. Go to layers and convert to raster layer.
14. Use the magic wand and select the heart.
15. Go to selections and invert.
16. Reduce opacity on the flood fill tool, to 50%, and flood fill the heart.
17. Deselect.
18. Now copy and paste as new layer.
19. Go to image, mirror, and then image flip.
20. Use the deformation tool and Position the wings.
21. Use your spray paint tool once more... settings the same, size 30 and click a dot for the head. over the top of the bee.If it gets on the wings, that's fine.
22. Go to your paint brush. settings at
23.Activate the body layer.
24.Set foreground color to a silver gradient.
25. Lets draw on some antenna, and legs.
26. Hide the background and Merge visible layers.
27. Activate the merged bee layer, then copy and paste.
28. Use the retouch tool, set at
Gently push the white edge of the wing away from the body. Just a short stroke is needed here.
Now add a nice background and that's it!
