Remove gas cap to relieve pressure from gas tank

Remove clamp holding OEM hose and pull off the steel supply line

Make sure any fuel injection equipped cars use SAE 30R9 rated hose

Trim end of the OEM hose to remove clamp marks

Slip first type G clamp over OEM hose and insert fuelport into hose

Insert fuelport into new section of SAE 30R9 rated hose and
secure with second Type G clamp

Push hose over the steel line and secure with third type G clamp

Turn key to on position and check for leaks.
Start engine and check again

To take sample attach the sampling tool to the fuelport. Turn in the top screw to open the valve core. Insert the hose into the sample bottle. Turn the key to the on position or start the engine to start the fuel flowing. When done turn off the key, back the thumbscrew out and remove the sampling tool and drain the hose into the bottle. Cap the fuelport to keep it clean.
