right now you're probably asking yourself "who the heck is this melancholic kid?" (unless you know me). well, i am carrie, and i'm a pretty normal girl (actually i'm still doing my best to find the definition of "normal"). my favorite word is "melancholy" and one of my favorite songs most of the time is "only happy when it rains" by garbage.

I was born on September 11th 1983 in some hospital (yes, I remember which one, but to most of you who read this it won't make any sense.) I live in Oslo, Norway, for you who don't know where that is, itz in Europe, west of Sweden, north of Denmark, and...whatever, get a map.

i love and live for music ,without it i would die (ok, maybe not die, but i wouldn't be happy...maybe i'd live up to my favorite word more often!). my favorite bands are hanson, third eye blind, the offspring, matchbox 20, korn, ben folds five, creed, fuel, basically everything! i'm mostly into alternative/rock and punk, but as you probably know, hanson is neither. but i don't really like pop music or whatever hanson's music is, they're the only one of that kind i listen to. i love hanson because they're true life savers!

my friends are also extremely important to me. without them i would die, seriously. i know that a lot of people say this about their friends, but i truly have some of the absolutely best friends in the world, i love you guys! my advice is: take care of your good friends, and they will take care of you! and look out for fake friends!

My mottos are:"Be yourself no matter what", "If someone puts you down, keep your head up high, and be proud of who you are", and I like that line in MMMBop, the one that goes:"...hold on to the ones who really care, in the end they'll be the only ones there..."

Hanson...mmm(bop) sounds Scandinavian, well anyways, they're really important to me, and they've really made me appreciate my true friends, and "take away" those who are fake. They're, as I said, a big part of my life, and I doubt that I'd know the people I have on my Friends Page if it weren't for them!!! And even though I tend to exaggerate, I don't think I do it when I say that I owe Hanson a lot!

I love to travel, and so far I've been to Norway (duh), Sweden, Denmark, USA (I love that country!!!) England, Holland/The Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain/Mallorca, Portugal...I think that's it, but as you know I have a really bad memory.
