Uncle Tom and Aunt Mae has now been married for 55 years. They still behave as if they are on their honeymoon while the majority of couples of the 1990s are looking at divorces. This says a lot since they built their marriage on the foundation of Jesus Christ.

They are a really fun loving couple. They have established a perfect communication pattern as they share everything with each other including that about Sunday worship service should one miss a portion of it because of illness.

The above picture was taken in the kitchen of their new home. They purchased a smaller home which was a 4 bedroom and converted one of the bedrooms into an office. The kitchen has a lot of shelf space.

Uncle Tom likes reading books and below is a picture of him holding an adventure book.

Of course during the winter months they will get snow in Graham, Texas and Tom likes to wear sweaters. Based on the following picture I would not be too surprised if that one was taken on Christmas.

Tom also likes to walk around in his backyard looking at his plants and hedges. He planted Fescue grass in both the back and front yards. Sometimes he has to use a cane to get around. Below is a photo of him in his backyard of his new home.

Aunt Mae is not bad looking for a woman of 69 years. Below is a picture of her.

She was in the office of their home when that one was taken with the gun cabinet behind her.

Tom likes being in the kitchen dining table each morning. This was where he was caught off guard.

Mae enjoys her life as she likes to collect clowns, read, and enjoy watching the Christian Broadcasting Network.

I used to tease uncle Tom on how lucky he was at getting such a good looking woman. He finally showed me a picture of himself when he was about 18 or 19 years old and said what about that fellow, he is good looking too. Below is a copy of that picture.
