Reason: Resolution
Whereas, The Rose of Sharon flower has been made available to the Korean War
Veterans Association and the dates of June 22nd thru the 24th,1950 the last
peaceful days leading up to the hostilities which resulted in the loss of
many lives,
RESOLVE, THAT WE ALL REMEMBER OUR VETERANS ALIVE AND DECEASED EACH YEAR ON
THESES DAYS BY ADOPTING AS OUR OFFICAL FLOWER THE ROSE OF SHARON AND BY THE
OFFERING FOR DONATIONS AT EACH CHAPTERS CHOICE OF PARTICIPATION THE USE OF
THESE SAME FLOWERS. HAVING THE MONIES RECIEVED FROM THE OFFERING OF THE
ROSE OF SHARON BEING DISPENSED BY EACH INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATING CHAPTER TO
THIER OWN DISCRETION.
