The Murmin's History

By Shae, author of My Creatures Page!

Yes, murmin. Not murmen, murmin. They are a rare species that looks like this. As you can see, they have a large pink nose, which, remarkably, holds several vital organs. The nose also serves as storage space. The food, or murmlet, is sucked up into the nose through (duh) the nostrils.

The female version of a murmin is murma. They lay eggs, about 5-12 in a clutch. Murmlits are full grown after 20 years. They live about 200 years.

Two subspecies of murmin are seamurm and murmflies. Pictures coming soon.

Murmins eat exotic fruit, such as mango, and occasionally hunt meat. Seamurms eat large fish, and murmflies eat fruit and birds.

If you have an adult murmin, they can breed. See the breeding program! And now you know about them so go get one!
