I unfolded the paper that tay had given me.
“A new song,” Tay told me excitedly, “I call it MMMBop, and you’re going to help me with it.” At first I laughed and then I realized that he was serious. We walked to the garage and I warmed up the mike and the keyboard for him. (since he was best at the keyboard.) First, he sang it by himself. It was really catchy. I luved it. Or maybe I just luved him. We sang it together the second time and it sounded good. I knew when he told his brothers Ike and Zac about it, they would sound great together. It was getting late, so we put away the keyboard and went upstairs. We talked constantly about the new demo tape they could make for Mercury Records. Then I had a great idea! We were singing at the mall on Saturday. Maybe the Hanson brothers could play their new song there! I asked Tay and he agreed. He called his brothers and they thought it was a great idea too! We were so excited that Taylor hugged me. We danced around the room together to the FlyGirls CD. It was just like old times. After a while, we got tired and both of us fell down on the floor laughing hysterically.
