~*Chapter 4*~

Taylor, Alyssa, and Zac played Truth or Dare for the whole plane trip, while poor Ike felt incredibly left out, but he decided to make the best of it, by playing Barbies with Jessica and Avery. "Truth or Dare?" Zac asked Taylor.

"MMMM-I dunno. Truth."

"Okay, lemme think of something. Hmmmm…." He wondered.

"Hurry up Zac!" Alyssa exclaimed anxiously.

"Okay, okay, I can't think of anything!"

"Fine. If you can't think of anything, then just gimme a dare, then." Taylor said.

"Fine. I dare you to…trip the stewardess next time she walks by!" Zac exclaimed.

"Zac! That's so mean!" Alyssa scolded him, as she brushed her long brown hair.

"Yeah, really Zac, I'm not gonna do that!"

"Fine! Never mind that, then, little chicken! Buck-Buck! Taylor's a chicken!" Zac yelled gleefully.

"Okay, yeah we get the point," Taylor said annoyed with his little brother.

"Okay, I dare you to kiss Alyssa!" Zac said, with a smirk on his face. Taylor blushed furiously. "How on earth did Zac know that I liked Alyssa? I only told my journal. Oh my gosh! Zac must've read my journal!" Taylor thought to himself.

"What!?" Alyssa and Taylor exclaimed in unison.

"Kiss Alyssa." Zac said simply. "It doesn't have to be a long make-out, 'ohmigosh I love you' kiss, just a little peck on the lips."

"Fine" Taylor leaned over and gave Alyssa a tiny little kiss, both blushing all the while.

"Okay, Zac, your turn!" Taylor yelped gleefully.

"Dare." He replied. The game continued on for the rest of the flight home. When they finally began to land, Zac yelled out a loud "whoo-hoo!!!!"

"SHHHH!" Alyssa and Taylor both hissed at him. They all got off the plane safely, and made their way to the luggage pick-up, got their rental van, and drove off to their rented house that they would be using for the next couple months.

Zac and Mackenzie ran ahead to the house. "Daaaad! Unlock the door! I want to see what it looks like!" An over-excited Zac whined.

"Zachary Walker, hold your horses!"

"Neigh." Zac said sarcastically. Walker unlocked the door and Zac and Mackenzie ran inside.

"Boys!" Jessica said to Avery and Alyssa. The rest of them walked inside the house.

"Hey guys! Zac, chill." Taylor said, annoyed with his little brother's behavior. "What room are we going to get?"

"You three get the first room to the left at the top of the stairs." Diana said. "And you three girls get the room right across from them, and your father, Mackie and I will be sleeping at the far end of the hall. Oh, and you six share a bathroom. Have fun!"

"Aw, mom! Six people to one bathroom!" Ike whined. "That's too many people!" "Yeah, really mom! That's not fair!" Taylor added.

"Boys, that's enough! It's the only other bathroom upstairs, besides the master bathroom, which is connected to our room." Diana replied.

"But why can't Jessie and Avie just have the bathroom downstairs?" Taylor asked.

"I suppose if it's okay with them, they may." Diana said.

"Jessie, Avie," Taylor sweetly cooed to his little sisters. "How would you two like to share a bathroom?!" he asked them excitedly.

"Yeah!" they both replied enthusiastically.

"There it is!" he pushed them into the direction of the bathroom. "Well, I guess that means the four of us will be sharing a bathroom, then." Taylor said to Ike, Zac, and Alyssa.

From next door a five year old boy, Jacob, a eleven year old boy, Joe and a fifteen year old girl, Beth had been watching their new neighbors move in. The three siblings (Beth, Joe, and Jake) hadn't many friends, since the part of LA that they lived in was very secluded and really nobody their age lived near them. They decided to go over to the family that just moved in next door and introduce themselves. Beth led the way, knocked on the door, and an incredibly hot guy, with wavy, shoulder-length blond hair answered.

"Uh, hi, um, my name's Beth. Um, I guess you're our new neighbor, huh?" she asked shyly.

"Yeah, well, we're only staying for two months, but for that time, yeah, I guess I'm your neighbor. Oh, my name's Isaac, but call me Ike.

"Oh, well nice to meet you Ike. These are my two brothers, Joe and Jake. Joe's eleven, and Jake's five.

"Cool, I have three brothers. They're thirteen, eleven, and three. I'm sixteen. How old are you?"

"Oh, I'm fifteen." Beth replied.

"Do you want to come inside and meet the rest of my family?" Ike asked.

"Sure," answered Beth. The four of them walked inside the house. Ike led them into the living room where his parents and Mackenzie were sitting.

"Mom, Dad, these are our neighbors, Beth, Joe, and Jake."

"Nice to meet you." Diana said. "It's nice to know we have some neighbors around here that are the same age as our kids."

"Yeah," Walker added, "Ike, why don't you go introduce them to the other kids."

"Yeah, that's where I was going." Isaac said, as he led them up the stairs. He opened the door to the room that he was sharing with Taylor and Zac. Taylor and Alyssa lay on their stomachs on Taylor's bed, while Zac sat on the floor and the three of them played truth or dare. The three all looked up at Ike, with three people they'd never seen before. "Guys," Ike started, "These are our neighbors, Beth, Joe and Jake" he said pointing them each out.

"Cool," Taylor said, "Nice to meet you guys. I'm Taylor, this is Alyssa, and this is Zac."

"I didn't know you had a sister." Joe said.

"Oh, I'm not their sister!" Alyssa laughed. "Just a friend."

"Yeah, no, she's not our sister, but we do actually have two sisters, who I'll introduce you to in a little bit." Ike informed them.

"I see. So I suppose that Zac is eleven, then?" Beth guessed.

"Yeppie! That's me!!!" Zac exclaimed.

"Sheesh! Do we have an excited one here or what?!" Beth said. "You remind me of Joe, here. He's really hyper, too. You guys would get along really well." Joe all of a sudden started acting goofy, and singing the theme to 'Animaniacs,' his favorite show. Zac shortly joined in, leaving the remaining five of them staring at them, as if they were absolutely insane. Well, they were after all.

"Wow! Zac, you have a really good voice!" Beth exclaimed.

"Gee, thanks." Replied Zac.

"You should like become a professional, or something."

"Yeah, well, uh that's kinda why we're here." Zac said quietly.

"Huh?" Beth and Joe asked in confusion.

"We got a recording deal with Mercury Records, so that's why we came here." Zac mumbled.

"Really?!" Beth asked in disbelief.

"Yeah, the three of us are in a group together, we have been for six years, now, and our band's name is 'Hanson,' because that's our last name." Isaac explained.

"Awesome!" Beth replied with enthusiasm. "Can I hear you sing something?"

"Um, okay." They sung 'MMMBop a cappella.

"Wow! That was fantastic! No wonder you guys are making a CD!"

"Thanks." Ike said embarrassed. Okay, do you guys want to meet our little sisters then?"

"Sure," they replied. As he led them off the room across the hall.

"Jessie, Avie," he knocked on the door.

"C'mon in, Ike," he heard Jessie call. He opened the door.

"Jessie, Avie, these are our neighbors, Beth, she's fifteen, Joe, he's eleven, and Jake, he's five."

"Hi Jake!"Avery cried enthusiastically. "I'm six! Just one year older than you!"

"Hi Avery." Jake said shyly. "Beth," Jake asked turning to his older sister, "Can I stay here and play with Avery?"

"If it's okay with her parents, I'll tell mom when I get home."

"Yeah, no problem, he can stay." Ike said. "Our parents won't care. In fact, you two can stay here, too and play truth or dare or Mario Kart with us."

"Sure, we'd love to," Beth answered for Joe. She wanted to get to know Ike as well as possible. She had a major case of the hots for him! The three of them went back to the room Isaac, Taylor, and Zac shared, to play truth or dare…
