In the winter of '96, Andrew, Sasha, Todd and Jeremy used to frequent a small gym called The Beef Emporium. Don't look for it as it's no longer there. Striking up a mutual friendship, they discovered an almost overwhelming desire to display their feats of super-human strength to churches and schoolchildren while at the same time preaching the gospel and encouraging young, impressionable kids to 'beef up you pathetic little weeds'.
Their incredible exploits, described by Time magazine as 'amazing' and Business Review Weekly as 'pretty cool', rallied the boys into starting a world wide gym franchise called Beef up you pathetic little weeds: The Power Team way!
Sadly they no longer have the time to tour the world with the Power Team. However, Todd still holds the world record for the heaviest weight lifted by a pair of lips, Sasha is currently the world phone book ripping champion, Jeremy can still leap tall buildings in a single bound and Andrew holds the unchallenged title of the quickest demolition of a building using one's face.
