Cheeseburger Dip
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Cheese , cut up
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Mustard
2 Tbsp. low carb catsup
BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. Reduce heat to low.ADD
prepared cheese product, sour cream, mustard and catsup; stir
until prepared cheese product is melted.
Cheesey Bacon Spread
1 16oz pkg. sharp cheddar
cheese (grated)
1pkg. slivered almonds (toasted)
2 bunches green onions (chopped)
16 slices of crisp bacon (crumbled)
1 and 1/2 cups mayo
pinch garlic salt
Mix all ingredients and store in refrigerator. Keeps for days and
gets better! Serve with Wasa Crackers or celery sticks.
Ham Roll-Ups

3 ounce package cream cheese
2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
4 slices fully cooked ham
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
Microwave cream cheese in small bowl at HIGH until softened,
10-15 seconds. Stir in Cheddar cheese, green onion, and mustard.
Spread cheese mixture on ham slices. Roll ham from narrow end.
Cut each roll into 4 pieces; secure with wooden pick. Place on
paper toweling on a carousel or large dinner plate. Microwave at
High for 45 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds. Rotate plate half
turn after half the time.
Cheese Balls
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (8-oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. cream
1 Tbsp finely chopped green onions
1 Tbsp finely chopped red pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup snipped parsley
Bring cheddar cheese and cream cheese to
room temperature. Add cream, onion, pimento, Worcestershire
sauce, hot pepper sauce. Beat until well combined. Cover and
chill for 4 to 24 hours. To serve, shape mixture into a ball.
Roll in parsley. Let stand 15 minutes. Garnish with pimento
strips, if desired. Serve with raw vegetables such as cucumber,
celery, broccoli and cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces.
