Breakfast Dishes
Deluxe Ham Omelet
3 eggs
2 T cream
2 T minced chives
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 T olive oil
1/2 c chopped fully cooked ham
2 T chopped green pepper
2 T chopped tomato (seeded)
2 fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 T shredded cheddar
2 T shredded mozzarella
In a small bowl, beat the eggs, cream, chives, garlic salt & pepper. In a large skillet over med heat, heat oil. Pour egg mixture into skillet. As the eggs set, lift edges, letting uncooked portion flow underneath. Sprinkle with ham, green pepper, tomato & mushrooms. When eggs are completely set, remove from the heat and fold omelet in half. Sprinkle with cheeses; cover for 1 to 2 min or until cheese is melted.
