Pecan-Flax Sandies
1/2 cup flax seed meal, Bob's Red Mill(I buy this at Akins.com)
1/2 cup protein powder -- vanilla whey
1/2 cup Splenda, granular
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 dash salt
1/2 cup melted butter -- (1 stick)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans -- or crushed
Mix, will be more of a thick batter than a dough. Drop by
teaspoons onto
greased (will stick even to Baker's Secret pans) cookie
sheet. Bake at 350
for 8 minutes. Makes about 20.
