Dear Parents,
I welcome your child to my class. This class,
English II, develops your child's reading and writing
skills; our studies include Harper Lee's To Kill a
Mockingbird, Shakespeare's Julius Caesar,
and short stories from world literature. I
anticipate an exciting semester.
Because I value your involvement, I provide several
ways to enhance our communication. Most Mondays in
class, I provide a weekly class work and homework
schedule; most Fridays I provide a progress report.
I encourage students to share these with
you.
